You have the right under the laws of the United States to:
- A healthy and safe workplace.
- Speak to a Supervisor about an unsafe or unsanitary work condition within your job.
- File a complaint with OSHA about unsafe or unsanitary conditions within your job.
- Refuse to do dangerous work.
- Receive information about hazards at work.
- To not be retaliated against, for your actions in protecting your health and safety at work.
- Have access to medical and monitoring records at the workplace.
- Have access to information about injuries and illnesses that occur in your workplace.
