You have the right under the laws of the United States to:

  • A healthy and safe workplace.
  • Speak to a Supervisor about an unsafe or unsanitary work condition within your job.
  • File a complaint with OSHA about unsafe or unsanitary conditions within your job.
  • Refuse to do dangerous work.
  • Receive information about hazards at work.
  • To not be retaliated against, for your actions in protecting your health and safety at work.
  • Have access to medical and monitoring records at the workplace.
  • Have access to information about injuries and illnesses that occur in your workplace.
